Originally known as RE/MAX Unlimited and located near 43rd Ave & Bell in Glendale, this RE/MAX franchise began its journey in the early 1990’s. That founding ownership remained through the first relocation just a mile to the West and a name change to RE/MAX Preferred Choice. In 2004, Richard Conrad, and his father, Dick, purchased the office and that’s when they met Fred & Justin Schlegel.After numerous conversations, the decision was made to create a partnership of four and relocate the office to the new development in Glendale’s Entertainment District, known as Westgate. The doors officially opened in Westgate, December of 2007.

The real estate market was coming off a high, but the next couple years would prove difficult for most businesses within the industry. Many shut their doors not long after opening and dreams were lost.While challenges were inherent during that time, the office remained viable and due to a dedicated leadership team, is not thriving once again. Fred Schlegel had been the Designated Broker for a period of time and now Justin Schlegel holds that role, which he has since early 2013. Rich, today’s majority owner, and Justin work close together to ensure the REALTORS® of RMPC have the necessary tools and training to succeed, they are focused on providing customer service to each client and maintain balance in their personal & professional lives.
